Area IV YR Virtual Teams

Team members must be current USEA members and be declared members of the Area IV Young Rider Program.

Virtual Team competition year will follow the USEA Calendar from 12/1/2025 through 11/30/2026.

Four (4) riders per team. Contact the YR Virtual Teams coordinator if you are not able to create a 4-rider team or if you’d prefer to be assigned to a team.

Riders may only be part of one virtual team.

Riders must declare one (1) horse at the beginning of the year.
Rider may change to a different horse only once during the competition year with YR Virtual Team coordinator approval.

It is the responsibility of each rider to submit activities via the Google Form every quarter.

Riders must provide proof of volunteer hours (i.e. USEA Volunteer system screenshot, organizer signature).
Volunteer hours are not counted without the form.

Activities will be grouped into 4 quarters.
Quarter 1: December 2025-March 2026

Quarter 2: April 2026-June 2026

Quarter 3: July 2026-September 2026

Quarter 4: October 2026-November 2026

Reminder email and submission form will be sent at the end of each quarter to all participants for activity submission.

Be sure to have a valid email when you register as this is the how all information is sent. If you do not get a registration confirmation email, then you did not enter a valid email.

Cash prizes awarded to the top five (5) placing teams. All Riders must provide a W9 form to receive their prize.
